A sequence of fitness programmes have been tailor-made for particular target teams (e.g. obese kids, elderly & individuals with disabilities) to cater for their needs. As health professionals, we now have a duty to information and motivate others to improve their stage of health and wellness. We are able to promote a holistic method to health (thoughts, body, and spirit), not just encourage bodily activity. As good role fashions, we must always exhibit positive health behaviours that help in improving our personal well being and the health of others.
